I bought this for postherpetic neuralgia, hoping it would help with my ear infection symptoms that lingered after three years of illness. I took two tablets a day, morning and evening, and felt improvement. Although I changed to one tablet after losing one, I worried about pain returning. I wish I’d known sooner that I could have found relief.

I struggle with an ear condition impacting pressure changes, causing dizziness and other symptoms. I took this along with multivitamins and B vitamins. Since using it, I haven't experienced dizziness this year, so perhaps this is helpful for my ear infection.

My ears hurt, and no abnormalities were found when examined for my ear infection. After taking this, it wasn't a complete fix, but the discomfort was somewhat lessened. I now use it daily as a preventive measure.
